Content: If you want to add/update the whatsApp number attached to the smart agent chat box. This scenario is useful for checking some user issues like, users are messaging on the official whatsapp number but messages are not visible in the smart chat box.
Goto the Haptik UI(staging or production)
Select the bot
Select the Business manager from the left hand side
Click on the channel and then platform
Deployment drop down list will be visible, select ‘whatsapp’ from the list.
There is a text box for whatsApp numbers.
You can add/update the number in the box or even you can verify if the user is using the same for some user issues.
