KB Article 5: Missing API parameters

Description: Parameters are missing in API request for step named display_sr_api, phone_number is missing in query parameter and API returns 404 and 500 status code due to missing parameter.

Based on the persistence and severity of code and API issue we can escalate the tickets to IMPL team

Follow the below steps for basic troubleshooting before escalating the ticket to L2/L3 level.

Go to the left side menu and access the Skills section.

Choose the code step that needs to be checked. A new window will appear with the option's 'code' and 'settings'.

Select the 'Code' option from the window.

Click on the 'View Logs' option to display the logs.

Check the logs for any error entries.

The ticket shows a 404 error, which resulted in escalating the ticket to the IMPL team.
