Scenario: Bot not responding to Hi
There can be multiple reasons for bot breaks. Below are the 2 possible reasons,
Bot break if primary color not selected
Goto Business manager
Select channels
Check whether Primary color has selected
If not, select any color and save
Test the bot again, it should work
2. Bot breaks if etc flag is set to true
Right click on conversation studio and select inspect
Select network
Open Business manager in conversation studio and select General settings
Check on the network and tick on general settings
Expand the body and you can verify if ‘to etc : true or false’
If it is true,
Ask someone who has access to change a toggle and save
Right click on network and save as curl
open postman
Import
Paste
goto body
Beautify
Change to_ect: <>
send
This should work
