KB Article 2: Test bot is not loading.

Issue description:
When we are trying to open the test bot, there is a blank white pane on tapping the test bot button. Basically it is blank and not loading
Steps to debug this issue.
1. Check if this is happening to all bots, if yes then it is a platform issue.
2. If this is happening to only this bot, then check configuration.
3. In Business manager>channels>SDK configurations.
3. Check for Hex code, if this is in correct format or not.
4. In this case it was incorrect.
5. The length of the hexadecimal color code should be either 6 or 3, excluding '#' symbol.
6. In this scenario, issue was fixed after changing the Hex code to correct value.
